Hot Pilates merges High-Intensity Interval Training with Pilates principles, conducted in a heated environment (90-95°F). This energetic workout features short bursts of intense exercises followed by brief recovery, targeting muscle strength and endurance. With a focus on core stability and flexibility, it’s suitable for all levels and promotes both fitness and mental clarity.

26&2 Hot Yoga
26&2 Hot Yoga, or Bikram Yoga, features a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room (about 105°F). This class promotes flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. The heat helps detoxify the body and enhances circulation, making it accessible for students of all levels to work at their own pace while building physical and mental resilience.
