Parking and Location

We are located at Grayton Corners 32 E County Hwy 30A Unit #201 (second floor above Grayton General Store).

Parking is available in the Grayton Corners parking lot around the back of the building (NO LONG-TERM/BEACH PARKING). Street parking is available on 30A and Defuniak St. Additional free parking is located at Grayton central parking lot (beach tram parking lot). We are a short walk from the beach tram parking lot.

Biking or walking is encouraged!! We are located less than 2 miles from Seaside, Watercolor and Blue Mountain.

Facilities

Restrooms on site, 2 water bottle filler stations. No showers. Cubbies are available for personal items. Please note, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings. No personal belongings or cell phones or recording inside the hot room. Please leave any valuables at home. Lost and found items are donated on the first of each month.

How early should I arrive for class?

Give yourself a little extra time to get to the studio, you won’t want to miss a minute of class! Your beach time is precious, and we make the most of it by starting and ending our classes right on time.

Should I register for class in advance?

Yes! Pre-booking is highly recommended to secure your spot. You can sign up on our website or visit the Mindbody app, search 30A Power Yoga. Ages 14+ for all classes.  No children left unattended in the studio during operating hours.

What to wear and what to bring

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for easy movement. Avoid wearing anything too loose or restrictive. Supported top is encouraged for Power Yoga and Hot Pilates classes. Bring your yoga mat, yoga towel, sweat towel and large water.

Do I need to bring my own Yoga Mat and Towel?

Mat rental is $3. Towel rental is $3. Mat and Towel combo $5 we recommend bringing your own mat and towel for a more personalized experience.

Do I need to be experienced to join a class?

No! Our classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors will guide you through modifications as needed. Please talk to our instructors before the start of class if you have any injuries or need modifications.

What if I need to cancel my class?

We get it, beach life happens. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 2 hours before class. Frequent late cancelations may result in a loss of your spot and a late cancelation fee of $25.
