Meet the Team

Susan Hauser

Founder

Meet Susan Hauser, the founder, owner, and ultimate force behind 30A Power Yoga.

A former collegiate swimmer at the University of Miami, Susan has always known that movement is powerful. But after losing her husband to cancer while raising two young boys, yoga became way more than a workout. It became her therapy, her outlet, and the thing that helped her feel like herself again.

That experience inspired her to start teaching and eventually open NOW Power Yoga in 2015, where she built a studio known for high-energy classes, amazing playlists, and a community people genuinely wanted to be part of. After years of success in California, Susan brought that same energy to 30A.

Susan is the kind of person who makes you feel stronger just by being around her. She brings the heat, the heart, and the hype to every class, while creating a space where everyone feels welcome.

Her message is simple: strength begins with showing up.

For Susan, 30A Power Yoga is more than a workout. It is a community. It is a place to get stronger, clear your mind, find your people, and become the best version of yourself.

Susan cannot wait to continue teaching, growing this community, and helping more people live stronger, healthier, and happier lives. And honestly, she is just getting started.

Pilates Instructor

Nancy Vincent

Meet Nancy.

Since the beginning, Nancy has been an integral part of the 30A Power Yoga community. She brought her own unique style of Hot HIIT Pilates to the beach, and for nearly nine years, she’s been inspiring students and mentoring the next generation of instructors.

For Nancy, it has never been just about the workout.

“It’s about the people, the community, and the connections we build together.”

That mindset is what makes every class feel different. Whether you’re stepping into the studio for the first time or you’ve been coming for years, Nancy is passionate about helping people discover how strong and capable they really are.

“Seeing people leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and happier than when they walked in is why I continue to love what I do.”

We’re grateful she’s been helping shape the 30A Power Yoga community from day one. If you’ve taken a class with Nancy, you know exactly what we mean.

Sculpt Instructor

Kylie Weber

Meet Kylie

Kylie's originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, and made the move to Santa Rosa Beach in 2024. She grew up dancing and cheering, and later spent four years teaching Pure Barre.

Then she took Susan's Hot Power Yoga class and it was love at first sweat. She was drawn to the challenge, and it didn't take long to feel the difference in her body and her mind.

But honestly, it's the community that keeps her coming back. Kylie found some of her closest friendships inside these walls, and she loves that she gets to sweat, grow, and show up for each other both in and outside the studio. It's become her safe place, somewhere she always leaves feeling a little more like herself.

So when she was asked to teach, there was no version of her saying no.

Now she's so excited to be bringing Hot Sculpt Pilates to the studio. She loves helping people walk out feeling stronger, more confident, and just better than when they came in, motivating them, challenging them, and hopefully making their day a little brighter.

Kylie is so grateful to be part of the 30A Power Yoga community, and she can't wait to keep growing, connecting, and helping others feel their best.

Pilates Instructor

Kelsey McPike

Kelsey recently made the move to Santa Rosa Beach from Fort Lauderdale, bringing her love of fitness, wellness, and movement with her. She had always dreamed of teaching fitness in Fort Lauderdale, but never quite felt ready to take that leap until she found Hot HIIT Pilates at 30A Power Yoga.

After becoming a regular in the studio, she finally felt ready to step into the role she had always wanted!

Kelsey thinks fitness should be challenging and fun. She loves creating workouts with high-energy, hype playlists that make you excited to move, challenge yourself, and have a good time while doing it. Her mission is simple: turn up the music, turn up the energy, and make movement something you genuinely enjoy- but also notice yourself getting stronger, more capable, and more confident with every class.

She’s so excited to be part of the 30A Power Yoga community and can’t wait to sweat with you!

Pilates Instructor

Madison Humphreys

By day, I’m a nurse practitioner specializing in hematology and oncology, where I have the privilege of caring for people through some of life’s most challenging moments. Helping others has always been a huge part of who I am, and that same heart for encouragement is what I bring into the studio.

I love Jesus, a good workout, and anything that helps people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves. I truly believe movement is one of the best ways we can care for both our bodies and our minds, and I love creating a space where people can challenge themselves while still having fun.

My Hot HIIT Pilates classes are high energy, encouraging, and designed to meet you wherever you are. Whether you’re new to the studio or looking to push yourself a little further, my goal is to make every person in the room feel supported and capable.

More than anything, I hope my classes help you find joy in movement, build strength from the inside out, and walk out feeling better than when you came in — stronger, more confident, and proud of yourself for showing up.

Yoga Instructor

Heidi Fowler

Strength, movement, and self-trust are at the heart of Heidi’s practice.

Heidi Fowler is an RYT-500 yoga teacher with a lifelong background in athletics, movement, and strength training. After discovering yoga more than a decade ago, she was drawn to the way a strong physical practice could build not only strength and resilience in the body, but focus and confidence beyond the mat.

Since beginning her teaching journey in 2019, Heidi has developed a passion for Power Yoga and Power Sculpt. Her classes blend intentional sequencing, strength, heat, music, and challenge while encouraging students to listen to their bodies and meet themselves where they are that day.

At 30A Power Yoga, Heidi brings an athletic, grounded energy to the room and creates space for students to challenge themselves, build confidence, and leave feeling stronger and more empowered. She continues to deepen her training with a focus on intelligent movement, strength, and creating powerful, sustainable yoga practices.

Sculpt Instructor

Cassidy Smith

Cassidy discovered her love for yoga in 2021 when a friend invited her to class, and she has been dedicated to her practice ever since. As a former gymnast and cheerleader, movement has always been a big part of her life, shaping her appreciation for strength, balance, and body awareness. Her favorite poses, Dancer and handstand, reflect what she loves most about yoga: finding balance, building confidence, and shifting perspective.

Cassidy began teaching in 2022 and brings her vibrant energy and athletic background into every Power Yoga Sculpt class. Her classes blend strength, movement, and intentionality to create a practice that feels challenging, uplifting, and fun. She encourages students to step outside their comfort zones, explore what their bodies are capable of, and leave feeling stronger and more confident.

Cassidy lives in Memphis and splits her time with her husband between Memphis and 30A. After a local friend introduced her to 30A Power Yoga, she was immediately drawn to the energy of the studio and its strong sense of community. From her first class, she felt welcomed, supported, and at home.

That feeling of belonging is something Cassidy hopes to create for everyone who steps into her class. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, expect an encouraging space to move, challenge yourself, and have fun along the way.

Rise, sculpt, and flow with Cassidy Mondays at 6 AM.

Yoga Instructor

Stephanie Rivera

Stephanie is a 500-hour E-RYT with more than a decade of teaching experience and a deep love for the practice, community, and connection that yoga creates. Over the years, her teaching has taken her far beyond the studio. She leads adventure yoga retreats, teaches both 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings, and mentors fellow yoga teachers as they develop their own voices, confidence, and approach to teaching.

At 30A Power Yoga, Stephanie brings a traditional, breath-led approach to vinyasa, creating classes that feel intentional, dynamic, and grounded. Her sequencing blends strength and fluidity with creative movement, giving students the space to challenge themselves while staying connected to their breath and body. And her thoughtfully curated playlists have become a favorite part of the experience, setting the tone for classes that feel energizing, immersive, and uniquely her own.

Stephanie believes yoga is at its best when there is room for everyone. Her all-levels classes are designed to meet students where they are, whether they are stepping onto the mat for the first time or have been practicing for years. She encourages students to move with curiosity rather than expectation, build strength with intention, and discover a deeper connection between breath, body, and mind.

Alongside her vinyasa classes, Stephanie also teaches yin, offering a quieter complement to the strength and movement of a power practice. Through longer holds, stillness, and intentional release, her yin classes create space to slow down, reset, and restore.

Whether she is leading a powerful flow, guiding a room into stillness, mentoring a new teacher, or taking students somewhere new on retreat, Stephanie brings experience, creativity, and genuine intention to everything she teaches. Her goal is simple: to create a space where students can show up exactly as they are, move in a way that feels good, and leave feeling a little stronger, more grounded, and more connected than when they arrived.

Yoga Instructor

Ella Rieben

Ella is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor whose approach to movement blends strength, mobility, mindfulness, and intentionality. With experience across both Pilates and yoga-inspired formats, she brings a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective to every class she teaches. Her goal is to create movement that not only challenges the body, but also gives students the opportunity to slow down, tune in, and become more connected to the way they move and feel.

Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that the way we move can have a meaningful impact on the way we show up in our everyday lives. Through purposeful sequencing, controlled movement, and an emphasis on breath, Ella encourages students to build strength from the inside out. Rather than simply moving through exercises, her classes invite students to become more aware of their bodies, move with intention, and recognize the strength they are building along the way.

Ella’s classes balance athletic movement with mindful control. Expect thoughtful sequences that challenge stability, endurance, mobility, and strength while still leaving space to breathe and reconnect. She believes that some of the most powerful movement comes from slowing things down, paying attention to the details, and learning how to move with greater awareness rather than simply pushing through.

Creating an approachable and encouraging environment is an important part of Ella’s teaching. Whether someone is brand new to Pilates or has years of experience, she wants students to feel comfortable meeting themselves exactly where they are that day. Her classes offer opportunities to challenge yourself while remembering that movement does not have to look the same for everyone.

For Ella, Pilates is about so much more than physical strength. It is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling more grounded than when you walked in. She hopes students carry that feeling beyond the studio, bringing the confidence, awareness, and strength they cultivate in class into the rest of their day.

Athletic yet intentional, Ella’s classes are designed to leave you feeling challenged, restored, and empowered. Whether you come to build strength, improve mobility, clear your mind, or simply carve out an hour for yourself, her goal is for you to leave feeling stronger, more connected, and more confident both on and off the mat.

Pilates Instructor

Parker Caldwell

Parker is a Hot HIIT Pilates instructor at 30A Power Yoga who brings youthful energy, positivity, and a genuine love for movement into every class she teaches. At 18, she is also currently attending the University of West Florida, where she is studying Psychology while continuing to grow her passion for Pilates, fitness, and teaching.

Movement has been part of Parker’s life for as long as she can remember. Growing up dancing and cheering gave her an early appreciation for strength, rhythm, endurance, and the energy that comes from moving alongside others. When she discovered Hot HIIT Pilates, she was immediately drawn to that same combination of high energy, challenge, and community. Teaching became an opportunity to take something she already loved and share it with the people around her.

A local through and through, Parker has lived in the area her entire life and considers herself a beach girl at heart. When she isn’t teaching, studying, or moving, you’ll likely find her at the beach, shopping, spending time with friends, or making her way through the local coffee shops along 30A.

Beginning her teaching journey at such a young age has given Parker an opportunity to grow both inside and outside of the studio. Teaching has challenged her to step outside of her comfort zone, trust herself, and develop a confidence she hopes to pass along to every student who walks into her class. She sees each class as another opportunity to learn more about Pilates, better understand the body, and continue evolving as both an instructor and a student.

Parker’s Hot HIIT Pilates classes are energetic, challenging, and encouraging, blending the athleticism she has loved throughout her life with intentional movement and plenty of fun. More than anything, she wants her students to feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are, pushing themselves in a way that feels good, and recognizing what their bodies are capable of.

For Parker, teaching is about more than getting through a workout. It is about creating an environment where people can challenge themselves, have fun, and walk away feeling stronger and more confident than when they arrived. Just as teaching has helped Parker find confidence in herself, she hopes every class gives her students the opportunity to find a little more of their own.
